From original tape cover text:
"You begin by visualizing the whole physical body, passing in thought swiftly over its exterior, and then directing consciousness to sink through the surface of the skin, through the dermis and epidermis, and on inward, past the tiny nerve endings and blood vessels, into the world of muscles, bones and organs. There, you may center your attention upon the marvelous organization of the body, using your knowledge to examine its many vital functions, and the nervous system and the myriad glandular apparatus. Journeying onward, you may explore the vast commonwealth of sounds that are active within the jelly-like mass of protoplasm throbbing with a mysterious rhythm that suggests attunement with the ebb and flow of the universal forces. Enthralling vistas open in this direction until the substance resembles clusters of stars in the milky way. Here, all resemblance to physical matter as recognized by the five senses disappears. The whirling points of light now in view are the fireworks display of the infinite unknown, a sphere of forces holding back, or pushing forward outward against primal substance as might some empty bubble floating in the "water of space."
